Brandi serves as a mediator for family law cases where she is not representing clients in her role as attorney.  Brandi is a highly experienced mediator who has mediated over 500 family law cases in her career.  When Brandi serves as the mediator, she helps facilitate settlement agreements allowing and encouraging the parties have much more control over the outcome in their specific family law case instead of leaving it up to the judge.  She works with each side to determine their goals for the resolution of their family law matter and helps the parties negotiate the terms of their settlement.  Brandi is known for her calm demeanor, straight forward approach, creative solutions, and dedication to problem solving. 

If you would like to schedule a mediation with Brandi, you may use the calendar below to reserve your date.  Once you select your date, you must complete the mediation request form.  Brandi will then determine if any conflict exists and notify you should any conflict arise.  Assuming there are no conflicts she will send you letters confirming your mediation date and time, typically within 2 business days. 

The following fees for mediation are for each party in the case:

• Full Day Mediation (8 hours): $1,200 per side
• 6-Hour Mediation: $900 per side
• Half Day Mediation (4 hours): $600 per side
