Meet Brandi L. Crozier

Brandi L. Crozier is an accomplished family law attorney and mediator with over 10 years of experience. Ms. Crozier is the founder and managing partner at Crozier Family Law.  She has expertise in representing clients in complex family law matters, including divorces, custody issues, appeals, protective orders, adoptions, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, mediation, and collaborative divorces. Her reputation for combining steadfast advocacy with heartfelt empathy is well-regarded. Ms. Crozier is highly skilled in alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and collaborative divorce, for family law matters. Ms. Crozier is well-respected in the legal community.   She presents at Continuing Legal Education courses where other attorneys learn from her expertise.  Ms. Crozier is also a highly sought Amicus Attorney, Attorney Ad Litem, and Guardian Ad Litem in high conflict cases where the best interest of the children are at the forefront.

Notable Appellate Cases

Ms. Crozier was an instrumental part of the legal team that represented the father in the landmark Texas Supreme Court case that garnered national attention (In re C.J.C., No 19-0694).  In June 2020, the Texas Supreme Court ruled 9-0 in favor of the father’s position, rendering an opinion that to date is the most significant parental rights opinion in Texas history.

Ms. Crozier has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America Ones to Watch by Best Lawyers in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.

In 2024 and 2025, Ms. Crozier was honored with the Super Lawyer designation, representing the top 5% of attorneys practicing family law in Texas. She also was named as a Rising Star in the field of Family Law by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.  Rising Stars represent the top 2.5% of attorneys under 40, or practicing ten years or less. 

Texas Monthly named Ms. Crozier as one of the Top Women Attorneys in Texas in 2020 and 2021. 

The Denton County Bar Association recognized her as the Mediator Rookie of the Year in 2017.

Ms. Crozier is a member of the Texas Bar College, an honorary society of judges and attorneys comprising of about 4% of the members of the Texas Bar. As a member of the Texas Bar College, Ms. Crozier shows her dedication to staying on the forefronts of the ever-evolving laws and issues in family law matters.

Ms. Crozier is a member of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce and Plano Chamber of Commerce.

Specialized Training

Mediation training 40 hours in 2016, Advanced Family Law Mediation training 30 hours, in 2016, Child Protective Services Mediation training 18 hours in 2016, and Collaborative Divorce training 14 hours in 2016.

Outside of the office, Ms. Crozier combines her passions for cooking and volunteering by making lasagnas for Lasagna Love. She also volunteers her time to run a Beeping Easter Egg Hunt for visually impaired children.  She enjoys spoiling her nieces and nephews rotten, traveling, and photography.
